XP & Levels

Everything you do on eevy earns experience points (XP). As you accumulate XP, you level up and progress through rank tiers, from Beginner to Legend.

How You Earn XP

XP comes from three main sources:

Flashcard

Practice Sessions

Each card you review earns 1 to 5 XP based on difficulty. Harder cards are worth more. A typical 20-card session earns around 50 to 60 XP.

Achievements

Earning achievements grants bonus XP. Higher-tier achievements give more XP, from 15 XP for a bronze milestone up to thousands for diamond-tier feats.

Milestones

Special moments like mastering a word for the first time or completing a perfect practice session earn small XP bonuses.

Practice XP Breakdown

XP per card depends on how challenging the card is for you:

DifficultyXP Earned
Easy1 XP
Moderate2 to 3 XP
Challenging4 to 5 XP
Incorrect answer1 XP

You still earn 1 XP for wrong answers. Every attempt counts! The system adapts card difficulty over time so you'll naturally encounter cards worth more XP as you improve.

Level Tiers

Your level determines your rank tier. Early levels come quickly; higher levels reward long-term dedication.

Beginner Levels 1–4
Apprentice Levels 5–9
Learner Levels 10–19
Intermediate Levels 20–29
Dedicated Levels 30–44
Advanced Levels 45–59
Expert Levels 60–74
Master Levels 75–89
Legend Levels 90–100

How Fast Do You Level Up?

If you practice regularly (about 3 sessions per day):

  • Level 5: about 2 weeks
  • Level 10: 2 to 3 months
  • Level 30: about 1 year
  • Level 50: about 3 years
  • Level 100: 7+ years of dedicated study

These are rough estimates. Earning achievements and maintaining streaks can speed things up.
