Your notifications inbox is where every notification lands. The unread badge on your header avatar tells you when something is waiting; the inbox lets you scan, filter, and clear.
The unread badge
One count, covering every category at once. It grows as notifications arrive and shrinks as you read them.
| Platform | Where the badge shows |
|---|---|
| Web | Your avatar, in the top-right header |
| Native | Your avatar, which opens the account drawer, and the Notifications row inside it |
Reading the inbox
Notifications appear newest first. Each row shows three things:
| Who | The person behind it |
| Message | A short line about what happened |
| Time | When it happened |
Filter chips along the top group rows by category, each with its own unread count, so you can jump straight to comments, social activity, or learning-path reminders without scrolling past the rest.
Where a row takes you
Tap or click a row to mark it read and open where it points.
| Notification | Opens |
|---|---|
| Comment | The collection it's on |
| New follower | Their profile |
| Learning-path / review | The inbox (no dedicated page exists for these) |
Mark all read clears the badge in one move when you've caught up and don't need to open each row.
Loading more
Recent activity loads first; older rows load as you scroll, so your history stays available without slowing the first view.
